Excellence drives Michelle. She takes great pride in her work and puts her heart and soul behind it.  She thinks creatively in visualizing the event, is innovative in the use of materials for decorations to contain costs, foresees potential problems and develops solutions and ensures plans are well laid for effective execution. 

 

The biggest event she organized for the Singapore Management Committee was Caterpillar Singapore’s 50th Anniversary Celebration in 2017.  It took an enormous amount of planning and coordination as well as control of a tight budget.  There were so many moving pieces yet Michelle was methodical, brought forward questions and concerns and was open to change. The result was a fantastic and memorable day for employees and their families, with an opening ceremony graced by a senior Singapore government official, business units offering food and games, the Caterpillar dealer displaying machines and providing simulators for those to test their capabilities, a cafetaria converted to a cookie baking station, the transformation of employees meeting hall to a movie theatre under the stars and talent competitions for kids and employees. Michelle brings this excellence to all events she manages.
